• Free parking offered to visitors.
• The wearing of comfortable footwear is advised.
• Pets are only allowed within the territory of the Renaissance Theme Park on leash and muzzled.
• Smoking is forbidden inside the buildings.
• First aid room is available next to the toilette, in the Old Town.
• Lost and found services at the Information Desk located by the main entrance to the Park.
